It turns out Quarles Harris worked for a security company called The Analysis Corporation (TAC).

Who was TAC’s CEO? John Brennan.

At the time, Brennan was also serving as an adviser to the Obama campaign.

An 11-year-old boy took his parents’ pickup truck without permission and crashed it into a single-file line of Buddhist monks walking along the roadside. The monks (about 35 from the area, plus some lay followers) were on a pilgrimage walk toward Ubon Ratchathani Province.

Security-camera footage shows them walking in a line before the truck veered off the road and struck the group.

Reports indicate 8–10 monks were killed (some died at the scene, others later in hospital) and more than a dozen others were injured, with several in critical condition.
