@seanmcarroll Before ChatGPT, there were paper mills. I freelanced full time (as an academic ghostwriter) for over 20 years. ChatGPT liberated me from a weird but oddly rewarding line of work. There is no way around cheating other than diverse and alternative means of assessment.
@PeteBrownBeer It is difficult to make a good beer, easier to cover up flaws or a weak base with adjuncts.
Also, many people like junky food and they will go for junky beer. Maybe some of that is poor consumer education. The ticking mentality does enable the proliferation of alco-pop, too.
@travelladiesapp I have had a few negative experiences with AirBnB that have steered me back to hotels. I prefer AirBnBs often for privacy, kitchen, etc. but the cost/benefits ratio isn’t what it was.
