लेटर में लिखा है, "...यह पक्का करने के लिए कि जंतर-मंतर और पूरे देश में जो हालात हैं, उनसे देश विरोधी तत्वों को फायदा न हो, देश एकजुट रहे, भारत में छात्र कानूनी पचड़ों में न उलझें और अपनी पढ़ाई और अपने करियर पर ध्यान दें, मैंने प्रधानमंत्री को अपना त्यागपत्र भेज दिया है..."

No electricity for the last 2 hours in Sonipat Sudama nagar area, and there has been no response from @uhbvnpkl.
How is anyone expected to manage in this extreme heat without power? To make matters worse, all the complaint numbers are busy.

@FASTag_NETC Again, customers are the ones suffering. The fraud or error happens at the toll agent’s end, yet the customer has to run to recover the hard earned money.
@IDBI_Bank Do you have any immediate solution for this ?

यह घटना 27 तारीख को Bandhwari Toll Plaza पर हुई, जब मैं गुरुग्राम से फरीदाबाद जा रहा था। वहाँ के स्टाफ ने पहले कहा कि मेरा FASTag काम नहीं कर रहा है और मुझसे नकद भुगतान करने को कहा। लेकिन बाद में उसी टोल का पैसा FASTag से भी कट गया।
मैंने उस समय इस बात को सार्वजनिक रूप से नहीं उठाया क्योंकि मुझे लगा कि यह कोई क्लेरिकल गलती हो सकती है। मैंने उसी दिन शिकायत भी दर्ज कराई और मुझे बताया गया कि 48–72 घंटे के अंदर FASTag में रिफंड आ जाएगा। लेकिन अभी तक कोई रिफंड नहीं मिला है।
अब यह चिंता की बात लग रही है कि यह सिर्फ गलती है या कुछ और चल रहा है। अगर मैंने अपना FASTag बैलेंस चेक नहीं किया होता, तो यह कटौती शायद पता भी नहीं चलती।

जब टोल प्लाजा पर लोगों को बिना टोल दिए आगे नहीं जाने दिया जाता और उन्हें काफी देर तक इंतजार करना पड़ता है, तो ज्यादा पैसा कट जाता है तो रिफंड के लिए कई दिनों तक इंतजार क्यों ?

संबंधित अधिकारियों से अनुरोध है कि इस मामले की जांच करें।

@1033_Helpline This toll Plaza is under GF Toll Road Private Ltd, as a subsidiary of Reliance Infrastructure, falls under the control of Anil Ambani Sir.

Sir can i expect immediate solution on this ?

There is no solution from NHAI support. They have stated that the matter is beyond their control as the road falls under the State Highway authority, and they do not have the authority to take any action. According to them, only the toll plaza can resolve the issue if they are willing to.
This is completely unacceptable and reflects a serious lack
