@AmazonHelp ECR team on Thu 4 Jun at 11:52am emailed and categorically refused for refund and refused to share intricate details of investigation. The delivery man fraud and theft will be exposed in cyber police investigation. Wait for police inquiry. I have evidences including call records.

@AmazonHelp The case is now with ECR team and Cyber police. Serious discrepancy regarding the return process.
The Amazon return page currently states that I requested return pickup cancellations multiple times. this is deliberate delivery Fraud because the delivery team did the tempering.
