I am banking for more than 45 year with different banks including 4 PSU and 4 PRIVET sector banks all PSU and few from private sectors like @HDFCBank_Cares @KotakBankLtd are transparent,ethical and customer friendly but worst is @AxisBank doesn’t care about @RBI. People should be careful and watchful on all transactions with AxisBank and @FinMinIndia @nsitharaman should take serious note of this and AxisBank must be fined exorbitantly.

So shocking reply from @AxisBank that as per @RBI guidelines we charge Forex Markup while paying and also while getting refunds in foreign exchange. How @HDFC_Bank has given refund credit of Forex Markup on refunds of foreign transactions done while Air fare is refunded on cancellation of tickets. @RBI @FinMinIndia must keep close eyes and investigate often and must take serious observations on any complaints on @AxisBank as they routinely practice foul and some day may come out with a scam. They are playing smart and doing multiple small amount scam which people may not observe or even ignore and neglect. Happy to see that was a very small escort but the @AhmedabadPolice volume on the route was for CM ( not Common Man ) , don’t you think that can also be reduced. I wonder what that police force do whenever they are not on such duties. I request you to provide at least 10% of that police force on that route on regular basis that will be great service. I also request you that whenever you happen to be again on same route please choose different roads at different visits and particularly pass through the so call Untwali gali beside AMTS depot close to AdaniGas station.

Had replies and communication with both the merchant @Kotak_Life and the intermediary @AxisBank card both saying convenience charges of ₹5015.00 was not charged by anyone. Where this amount has gone, who will issue me the payment receipt for said amount debited from my account. @nsitharaman @FinMinIndia @RBI @AnilSinghvi_ @moneycontrolcom @ZeeBusiness there must be one additional third party taking this money, I don’t mind giving convenience fees and same was accepted and confirmed by me while making payment but I must know and receive the receipt for that convenience fees. System should be transparent, @IncomeTaxIndia may not disallow this amount as expenses even without receipt as everything is online but but but must avoid loopholes.

Paying ₹5015.00 as convenience fees to pay premium of ₹500000.00 to @Kotak_Life by using @AxisBank card. Where this money is going as no one is giving receipt of ₹5015.00 , no mention of additional amount on receipt from Insurance company and Credit card statement mentioned total amount of ₹ 505015.00 on name of Insurance company itself.@RBI @IncomeTaxIndia
