I spoke with HMRC last week and they are currently processing claims initially sent 3-4 months ago. Any refunds will be with 8%pa
I FOIed them last month and they are currently getting 50% more claims daily than they are processing, so processing time will go up
@goldstone_tony Received RPSS last year. Quickly and efficiently dealt with by @ForvisMazarsUK before 31st January. Have received fee refund from NHS pensions. Not heard anything from #HMRC - is this the experience of others?
