Always check for posterior wall leaks of the proximal anastomosis during open AAA repair when you free the proximal clamp 🔪💥⤵️! Because when you complete the iliacs anastomosis will not be possible to repair a posterior leak! @pferrada1 @TomVargheseJr @swexner
