Osteomyelitis is a LONG TERM infection. It is not sepsis. Osteomyelitis does NOT need urgent antibiotics. Osteomyelitis needs a bone biopsy. A bone sample to get the right treatment.
DELAY antibiotics until bone biopsy is done
