@SeeStephScience @MLB @CienciaTusManos @dr_mjramos Based on the reference (He et al 2020), the mean incubation period is 5.8 days and peak infectiousness is around 0.7 days before symptom onset, thus an estimated adequate timing to do the testing will be around day 5. That should at least minimize chances of getting a false neg.
