1/2 thanks for this, cool to see! As noted in the article, results are not as robust as in other MHI's, which is important in itself to mitigate hype. But sig.reductions in ED sx's in a subset warrant further study IMHO.

@D_E_McCulloch @BenjaminClasse2 @WalterKaye 2/2 I'd also note that anxiety plays a much larger mechanistic role (and is a more predominant co-morbidity) vs depression. We did see a sig/effect on STAI, though given the small sample and high variability, best to look at these data in a case series format

@JloAlaska @NatureMedicine Jenny, we are proud that our study included those with AN who were not "underweight" by traditional medical standards. Some view this as a study weakness but we know that ED's are defined by much more than weight. We hope the research continues to expand to be more inclusive.

Small, open label study, but results suggest that treatment was safe and tolerable with significant ED changes in a subset after 3 mos.
