My only quibble is with treatment:
Minor non renal flare - yes can give steroids

Renal flare : steroids (pulse IV & low dose oral), tac, aza +/-Rituximab (1st trimester) or later in pregnancy consider MMF /CyP (balance between early delivery & treatment

Never manage renal flare just with steroids
