It appears that the "Religion of Peace" is being triggered by a psychological phenomenon of seeing recognizable shapes in everything, mainly in shoes etc, which is called Pareidolia. Pareidolia is a type of apophenia, which is the tendency to detect patterns that don't exist. (1)
The Conclusion is that when we understand the source where the followers of the Religion-of-Peace are coming from, we will have the compassion and empathy to understand their actions and congruently incongruent behaviour. (7)
