@Jackie_4change @Kategardengate @DrEricDing Honestly I don’t know how someone can manage a vent with a paralyzed sedated patient. How can you assess air hunger? Let your patient wake up as bit, and ask if they’re getting enough air. Bucking the vent is a definite “no”.
