While many sectors are correcting or struggling to build clean bases, stocks like $TENB, $QLYS, $CRWD, $OKTA, $PANW and $DDOG continue to show exceptional Relative Strength.

That immediately gets my attention.

Here's what I've learned after more than 20 years of trading:

The strongest stocks during a difficult market often become the biggest leaders when the next healthy uptrend begins.

That's why I spend much more time studying leadership than predicting the market.

These companies all share similar characteristics:

✅ High Relative Strength despite market weakness
✅ Strong revenue and earnings growth
✅ A clear catalyst driving institutional demand
✅ Powerful long-term growth stories
✅ Charts that continue to respect key moving averages

These patterns repeat.

The market isn't randomly rewarding these companies. Institutions are putting serious money to work because cybersecurity remains one of the fastest-growing areas in technology. AI adoption only increases the need to protect data, infrastructure and businesses.

As traders, our job isn't to buy every strong stock immediately. Our job is to identify tomorrow's leaders today. Then we wait.

If the Market Trend Model turns green and these stocks produce clean A+ setups, we already know where to focus our attention.

Preparation creates confidence.

Most traders spend their time searching through thousands of random charts.

I prefer building a watchlist of the market's true leaders long before the next rally starts.

When the window of opportunity opens, I don't need to search.

When during the 2nd World War, Hiroshima and Nagasaki were bombed by Atomic Energy on 6th and 9th August 1945, Uranus had been transiting at 23 degrees of Taurus. Saturn was transiting through Aries with Ketu on September 1st 1939, when the World War 2 started.

We are arriving at the same situation.

Saturn is going into Aries on 03rd June 2027 and will shift to Taurus on 17th April 2030 where it will again conjunct Ketu. This is the same situation that occured during World War 2 and when we have Uranus again crossing over 23 degrees from 17th May 2030 we can have Nuclear Bombs Activation hitting .

Choppy stocks and bases are the no 1 reason why breakout traders get shaken out of stocks 👇

1) "Volatility means uncertainty"

That's what I aways say to my members. Of course there is up and down side volatility. But I rather mean prices and move up and down fast within a base. Erratic price action is something you need to stay away from.

2) "There is a fight going on between buyers and sellers"

That's the next I say. You don't want to be in the fight. You want to wait until one side wins and then you want to go with the winners.

3) "Avoid choppy stocks at all costs"

If I go through my trades, the most of failed trades were choppy before. They had no clean bases and linear moves before. They sometimes rally for 10-20% and collapse or gap down. But I am looking for stocks that can move 50-100% in a few weeks. For that I need very clean and linear moves, because that means people are buying at every price aggressively.

I know from the work with my members and mentoring students that it's hard to notice choppy bases and separate them from non-choppy bases. Especially because stocks can also have nice moves out of choppy bases. However, it does not matter what the single trade does. It's only important what happens if you trade one setup or type of stock 200-300 times in different market periods.

I can say clear: If I would have avoided all choppy stocks in the past, I would have 100%+ more profits.
