It basically is a task manager + calendar manager that time blocks tasks. But if something comes up, it re-shuffles it to based on a bunch of rules you can customize.

Never thought about having someone build something custom

Third: You are then going to take to lunch the 1-2 people that everyone named as the "go to" person on the team.

This person is the center of gravity for the team; treat them as your MVP.

Ask them whats the #1 roadblock/pain point for the team.

Then fix it.

My wife and I started cold plunging.

It’s started as one of those stir-crazy things families do between Christmas and new years.

If you consider yourself a “leader” you should audit your calendar against this list of activities.

If you don’t have enough of these activities on the calendar you should readjust immediately.

Here's the #1 mistake I made as a leader:

I missed that "leading" is a completely separate activity from everything else I was doing.

Creating a report is not leading.
Sending emails is not leading.
Having a meeting is not leading.
