When Christians use the word “generosity” they mean “generosity with your own money.”
When progressives use the word “generosity” they mean “voting for the government to forcibly redistribute other people’s money.”
For those of you unaware, “We are legion” is considered a demonic saying because it comes from the Bible, specifically Mark chapter 5, where a demonically possessed man told Jesus “My name is Legion, for we are many.”
The word “legion” referred to a large Roman military force, suggesting that many demons had occupied and overwhelmed one person.
The phrase symbolizes both demonic multitude and the loss of individual identity under evil…
And Candace just proudly proclaimed it.
When people tell you who they are, you should listen to them.
He’s such a shameless liar. Leaving aside that the study is garbage per se, many of its supposed savings come from its assumption that doctors and hospitals will be paid *less*. It says this in Table 1. And yet Khanna claims the exact opposite will happen here. Astonishing.
“If it's hot out, the cost of ice cream could go up.”
Yes, senator, it’s called price signals.
My 6 year old understands that level of economics. But she’s never taught at Harvard.
Please stay away from dynamic pricing.
Please stay away from healthcare, too.
Please remember that the LGBTQ+ community is all about love, empathy, and inclusivity but not for young dads who are murdered for exercising their freedom of speech. If Charlier Kirk said that women cannot have penises, he is preaching hate. But this show is not about hate. It's a celebration of...his death. Grotesque degenerates.
WE DO NOT HAVE “FEE FOR SERVICE” MEDICINE IN THIS COUNTRY, WE HAVE A THIRD PARTY PAYOR SYSTEM THAT SETS PHYSICIAN FEES AND REGULATES EVERYTHING WE DO.
VALUE-BASED CARE IS JUST ANOTHER WAY FOR NON-CLINICIANS TO MAKE $$$ OFF OF THE WORK OF PHYSICIANS.
The irony is that they will use it to prevent the rest of us from dislodging them from the system, only to turn around and destroy it as soon as they have a critical mass.
Theologically, wokeness is a Luciferian movement to upend God’s created order and establish man as his own god.
Philosophically, wokeness is a postmodern movement to upend truth and establish man as the arbiter of his own truth.
Economically, wokeness is a socialist movement to leverage social trends to destroy the freest economy the world has ever seen.
All three of these things exist primarily on the Left, and all three have migrated over to pockets of the Right in recent years. If you want me to explain it’s right-wing manifestations I suppose we can have a longer conversation
In 2001 George W Bush proposed a partial privatization plan for Social Security so you could put 10% of your SS contribution into the markets.
People rejected this.
We can now see that if it had passed, the 10% that went into the markets would have outperformed the 90% the government managed, the program would be solvent, and the average SS recipient would be receiving 2X what they currently receive.
The worst bet you’ll ever make is betting on government.
This is really telling. Both @MattWalshBlog and @michaeljknowles pulled the same dishonest stunt
They both cropped out that I'm on the US App store (I'm a US citizen that also lives abroad) because it's easier to dismiss me as a foreigner than acknowledge my criticisms
Lame...
The economic problems we currently have are not a result of the market being "too free" or "too capitalist."
They are a direct result of too much government manipulation. Regulatory manipulation, tax manipulation, labor manipulation, and especially monetary manipulation.
Poverty isn’t an invention. It’s natural. It was the natural human condition everywhere in the world for hundreds of thousands of years. The average human being for thousands of generations lived on no more than a few dollars per day.
What is an invention? Wealth. Prosperity. And it wasn’t created by socialism.
