@JMGardnerMD@globaldermie I had a case of loxocelism 🕷️ which I had to biopsy to exclude PG, mainly because the patient didn’t recall being bitten. It’s interesting that they can both progress so rapidly. I’d just add that for PG, it’s important to look for IBD.
@drkeithsiau@Janetbirdope Erythema nodosum, it is sometimes associated with infectious agents like Yersinia pestis/Campylobacter/Salmonella/h. Pylori or with inflammatory bowel disease.
