SUNNAH OF SLEEPING:😴

1. Brush your teeth before sleeping.

2. Sleeping with ablution is a sunnah.

3. Shake your blanket.

4. Recite surat Mulk, Ikhlaas, falaq and Nas (3times), blow your palm and rub it over your body starting from the head and face.

5. Recite the sleeping DUA: "Bismika Allahuma amutu wa ahya."

6. Don't sleep on your stomach as it is the way of the people of hell and it is not liked by Allāh.

7. Sleep on your right side with your right hand on your cheek.

8. Recite SubhanAllah 33, Alhamdulillah 33, Allahu Akbar 34 times.

9. Recite Durood Shareef.

10. Try to wake up early for tahajjud (if you are capable).

11. Put Allah first and set your alarm for salatul fajr.

Always remember: prayer is better than sleep.

May almighty Allah protect us from Shaitan and its allies. Aameen 🤲
