Camryn Rogers is JOY
I’ll never forget being in Tokyo together for her debut. She finished fifth. And was just as joyful then.
These Canadian athletes are fierce competitors and are kind, thoughtful and caring people as well. Champions in every sense.
Do you teach (or want to teach) undergrads how to read primary scientific literature in class? 📗 Check out this new paper that @Lara_G_PhD and I just published in @CBELifescied! We compile and review the published approaches for teaching PSL in STEM. https://t.co/6mCSkeFnw7 1/4
OMG @cleander thx u for the calendar tip as I am now agonizing over "what the heck did I do this past year" for annual review/report. Did quite a bit based actually!!
Here to say I finished my all time most dreaded yearly activity - the annual report. I whine and complain about it every year. My kid finally said “mom - just look through your old calendar and it’ll tell you what you did” and MY GOD IT WORKED! #mykidisagenius
Thx @marktmaclean "It is not about using a particular teaching method but their skills in evaluating the impact on their students, modifying and adapting, and making the school or class an inviting place to come, learn, master, and enjoy learning."
We’ve made large advances in understanding pedagogy-the science of learning. But some techniques are time-consuming to prepare & instructors are often overworked & do not have the resources/time to add them to their repertoire. Perhaps AI can help. https://t.co/SszSxhMadW
