@British_Airways It’s a little ridiculous that BA1361 has, after delays NCL side and stacking in the air is now waiting to disembark after 30 minutes because of a jet bridge failing. Surely stairs could have been ready earlier? It’s a bit daft we’re waiting this long…

@My_Metro Also, can I suggest real time information should appear on the website as well as the app? Not everyone wants to download an app for everything, or even can if they’re on a work phone, for example (or if it crashes!)

@My_Metro Don’t know if you’re aware of this already, but the Pop App looks like it crashes on launch on iPhones running on the upcoming iOS 18.

@My_Metro Can you properly fix the real time information given in the Pop app? I just used it, saw 40 minute gap at FLE, walked to South Gosforth, only to see a train not showing on the app arrive at the platform. Pushing the Pop App is no good if it’s continuously not accurate…

@British_Airways Evening. I'm trying to pay for a held booking (held yesterday, so got 48 hours yet) and your website is hanging on "Loading your flights". Different browsers/computers, same thing. Is the website, or at least the booking engine, having issues right now?
