Following future rollout of FSD V14 Lite for HW3 vehicles in the US, we plan on expanding V14 Lite to additional international markets.
This update ensures that HW3 vehicle owners will continue to benefit from ongoing software updates.
Since international rollout is subject to several factors (completion of technical verification, regional adaptation & relevant regulatory approvals), we can't provide definitive dates at the moment, but will provide updates on a rolling basis
@ReannaGoya @13arm13arm You can't fix the veering without re-training the entire model... and this sort of stuff requires a LOT of testing because normies will be using it.
Imagine how even more outraged a 'regular' HW3 Tesla owner outside of North America, who spent over $10,000 on FSD vapourware, would be if they knew โ under the right conditions โ just how good even the LHD version of V12 FSD can be.
@teslascope@Tesla No regulatory approval required for Supervised in Australia and NZ which is why we were pissed when HW4 got FSD and HW3 didn't.
Hopefully they can use the same model for both HW4 and HW3 V14/V14-Lite!
@13arm13arm Even if they made a V12 autosteer replacement for simple city streets/highway driving it would be a vast improvement over AP in terms of smoothness and navigating parked cars.
