@JustDeezGuy@AGuyReborn But in general, saying that if someone disagrees with your technical opinion, means they are in a religion and don't have legitimate technical reasons, is just weird, and I honestly am not in the slightest surprised that someone blocked you, not out of fear, but rather annoyance.
@JustDeezGuy@AGuyReborn I'm not really a "BEAMer", I have used Kubernetes quite a lot, and I avoid it when I can. Am I in an "anti Kubernete" religion? You kinda sound like everyone should just accept Kubernetes as the only solution for fault-tolerant software
This may work if their output is already trash, so with multiple agents they can produce 100x trash output, no decision making is necessary if you go with auto mode 😆
I am so thoroughly convinced that anyone who thinks AI 100x's their output is a liar or a lunatic.
You are telling me you can make 1 years worth of decisions in 3.65 days? Let alone describing those accurately and coaxing the result from the AI... (1.8 days european time)?
@AspiringWigger@PJforTO How many drivers go over the speed limit? The only difference is that speeding is socially acceptable and running the red light is not
@PJforTO This, plus drivers like to feel all righteous when it comes to stop signs or red lights, but when it comes to speeding it’s all good cause it’s socially acceptable
@blixberrie@AviArielCohen I mean, if you walked from Hamburg to Palermo it would probably take you not that much less than Chicago to Miami, but does that mean that it somehow makes cultural differences between Germany and Italy any bigger or smaller? 😆
@AviArielCohen@blixberrie What does it have to do with anything? 😆 Replace Germany with Estonia and you probably get similar distance to Chicago/Miami, but why does it even matter?
@potatoslav No one is wrong about their own experiences. The issue is - people like the author of the quoted tweet can’t imagine that people can, let alone want, to live differently
You’re standing in a long line at the deli. A guy walks in behind you, shifts to your left to walk next to the line and slides in front of the guy several people ahead of you. An urban planner reminds you that really is the most efficient way of managing a line.
@RichardMorrison Omg, the horrible inconvenience of walking 2 minutes to the shop 😆 Walking to the closest supermarket from my apartment is probably quicker than walking from a parking lot of many bog box stores to the store itself
@maaaackle I mean, tbh, I am usually shopping twice a day on weekdays, cause in the mornings I buy fresh buns and whatever is missing to prepare a lunchbox for my daughter, but it takes me less than 10 minutes including getting to the store and back
@maaaackle I almost never spend more than like 10-15 minutes in a store doing groceries. Even if I was shopping twice a day it would be hard to reach 5h 😆
@StewMama71@maaaackle I’m married and I have a kid. No idea why would it make much of a difference. With more than two kids it might be tougher, but how many people have 3 or more kids?
