TRUE INCIDENT-
X was assigned along with a medical team for a camp to be organized by a certain club. X arrived at the site with his team and surprisingly there was no sign of any camp. X and the team swept the whole area but no one has even heard of any such club.

Seems a dull incident right?
Now let me shift the POV-
It happens in a state with upcoming elections where are camp looks pretty on pen and paper, good for inviting funds which is also the requirement in this scenario.
OR maybe I am to sceptic and there is some unforseen reason

So eventually after a tiring hunt for the venue and club X had contacted his superiors and somehow managed to get a contact of the club which than blatantly replied that the camp is cancelled due to unforseen reason but they had never bothered to inform the team deployed for it.
