I just got a substack post from @JamalSimmons regarding this @washingtonpost article by @dylanewells@sarahellison https://t.co/ruG7xrXC5Z. He asks the question why Wells, Ellison or their editors could do this piece and not mention ONE Black content creator/podcast host/owner.
The main reason is that he's a black faced agent for white supremacy and a total Trump puppet. He once called Trump, daddy and let a white dude rub his head like a pet. Sorry Byron, nope.
Last night, Florida voted for Medicare for all, for universal childcare, for homes we can actually afford, and above all, a future where working families go beyond barely making it by and truly thrive.
Thank you.
White boys ran an entire cocaine racketeering operation on a college campus, with pledges chopping and bagging drugs. Meanwhile, Black students are presumed criminal for wearing a do-rag to class. White supremacy depends on who gets presumed criminal & who gets presumed innocent.
Donald Trump called Stephen A. Smith an “arrogant fool,” a “low IQ individual,” and “dumb as a rock.”
Stephen A.’s response? He later went on Hannity and said he “takes no offense” and that Trump had every right to fire back.
But let the National Association of Black Journalists give him a Thumbs Down award for a documented pattern of disparaging Black women, and suddenly this man has discovered unlimited smoke, goes on a media tour, and threatens to expose the NABJ.
That contrast is LOUD.
Trump calls you stupid and you shrug like a punk: no offense taken. Black journalists criticize your record and you’re ready for war. Amazing how you find the bass in your voice when confronting Black people, but turn into a house trained puppy when the man holding your leash insults you.
All that energy for NABJ. All that grace for Trump.
That’s the receipt.
If Trump is allowed to finish his term the US Federal debt will exceed 50 trillion dollars. And Trump will be responsible for 32 trillion or 64% of the debt of the nation accrued for 250 years. And you and your descendants will pay for his thievery, corruption, and incompetence.
