When to perform cholecystectomy after #necrotising biliary #pancreatitis? 248 pts, 29 🇳🇱 centers: before cholecystectomy 27% pts (!) had recurrent biliary events. Recurrent pancreatitis ⬇️ when chole <8 wks (RR 0.14). Endosc sphincterotomy did not ⬇️ risk. https://t.co/pbDHpBAlSi
