@twlldun *Piano twinkles with a mellow rendition of Mr Postman*
An old man still shielding stares at pictures of his family while sitting alone in his living room. The mail comes and he excitedly gets up, but it's just junk. No Christmas cards, nothing from anyone he knows.
@JmzBristow@HLTCO We brought in Sarr for Olise, Pino for Eze, and Canvot was clearly Guehi’s long term replacement.
Last night we had seven of the XI that started the Cup Final (Mitchell rested), and to that we added £80m of attackers, plus Pino off the bench. All three of those new this season.
@HLTCO Great timing after lots of ticketing complaints about Wembley.
The scene where the supporter liaison dares to suggest that they give priority to supporters who attended early rounds and is immediately cut off because they want to make an extra £60k from fans is the peak.
@Grippo77@rudebwoyben1@Mightyseagulls @MatchdayCPFC You don’t think it’s a deliberate choice to launch yourself into the air with your foot at head height? Do you think he tripped and then got carried by a stiff breeze?
@nick_underhill Was it a conscious decision to leave it that way, like DA preferred it? Or is it maybe another example of a detail going unnoticed that they just never thought to change it back?
@CityFibre noticed there are currently roadworks on Freethorpe Road in Norfolk, between Freethorpe and Reedham, NR13 postcode.
What is being put in, and will any new service be available in Reedham?
@SoozUK@watsoncomedian It's complete luck which events get their plucky losers on TV as well. No one watched the Bhutanese runner finish an entire hour behind the rest of the field in the marathon. https://t.co/8QRDdgBshQ
@AvantiWestCoast I’m on the 1930 from Euston to Glasgow Central, which made an extra stop at Stafford in order to pick up some passengers who missed a connection. This is now going to make me miss my connection @ Lancaster. Will the station staff there hold the 2209 Barrow train?
@HLTCO This video always makes me think that Palace fans underrate Riihilahti. He was popular, and always got so much credit for his work rate and his defensive work, but you can see from the assists in this clip against Southampton, Villa, and Fulham that he could play too.
@Ankaman616 It’s like he’s desperate to be a hero or a martyr and isn’t that fussed which one it is at times. Doesn’t care if he’s 2002 Beckham or 1998 Beckham.
@TheCricketGeek At the very least, it’s funny.
And we all know in sport that funny>good. Southgate boiling the piss of every football fan in the country and boring his way to a tournament win would be hilarious.
