Very rare case! Because the leaves of the aquatic plants were rotten, the Jacana had to move the nest and eggs to the dead wood. Abnormal and normal nests.
Volunteers make up the heart of many conservation efforts in Taiwan, including the Meinong Lake Jacana Conservation Area. On 3/5 the Kaohsiung WBS (高雄鳥會) held a ceremony for volunteers who completed their second training course! Congrats, or as we say here, 辛苦啦!

Today the TWBF and other members of the Chiku and Jiangjun Salt Pan Wetlands Restoration Alliance as well as the Kaohsiung WBS participated in a meeting at the Ministry of Finance to discuss ways to encourage interactions between banks and NGOs in land adoption projects.
