@DrorMevorach יותר מבוגר (ואפילו לימדת אותי בפנימית לפני אי אלו שנים). אני מדבר על עשר השנים האחרונות פחות או יותר. צריך פחות ממה שיש בארץ, זה בטוח. כמו בהרבה תחומים יש קשר ישיר בין כמות הפעולות לתוצאות ולכן עדיף לרכז את הפעילות בפחות מחלקות

70’s male with known AAO aneurysm. Lost to follow up for a few years. On routine TTE an 8cm aorta with mod-severe AS. Had a bio-Bentall with a 25mm valve and a 30mm graft with Hemi- arch replacement under circ arrest
