I had to revisit this man's words, have seen Gladys Wanga and Farouk Kibet but as his nature , he never responds . Here he clearly stated how the then deputy used to deceive citizens

This morning I attended to this 26-year-old man.

For the past 1 month, he has been having inexplicable thirst and urination.

He drinks too much water and urinates a lot.

Last week, he went to a local hospital and was diagnosed with Diabetes, and then given drugs to swallow

• Metformin

• Glibenclamide

• Empagliflozin

• Atorvastatin

His weight is 93 kg.

Today, I measured his blood glucose, and despite him being on those medications, the reading was high at 14.4 mmol/L.

In the hospital, he went, nobody told him anything about diet. He was just given medication and told to come back after 1 month.

I have done the following,

• Discussed and modified his diet.

• Given him a physical workout schedule.

• Discarded all those drugs but retained Metformin and Glibenclamide as a single dose (Glucomet-N) for 2 weeks.

• Advised him on daily Fasting Blood Glucose results sent to me every morning at 9 am.

I will review him after a month.

When I sensitise you to take care of your health, you think you are too young to suffer from Diabetes or Hypertension.

"We shall all die."

Why didn't this young man sit at home and wait to die, since "we shall all die?"

Stop being mediocre and start forging discipline.

Hospitals are in business, and your health is the commodity on sale.
