I really liked Evil Dead Rise. Very gnarley but very fun and I appreciate the new setting. I think pound for pound, movie for movie, Evil Dead is the best horror franchise ever. For me they are just the epitome of what horror films should be.
Big Barbie director, yes, but I was on the Greta Gerwig train ever since she slammed pizza and swigged from those awesome wax paper Coke cups in The House of the Devil. (Which is a movie you should def see!)
I like to think about the fans who were out on Court 7 (which is one of these courts) watching Vondrousova play her first round match... sitting front row courtside for the price of grounds admission, having no earthly clue they were watching the champion.

The box office tanked so screw it, I’m going to talk about one of the spoilers for #TheFlash. Seeing Nic Cage fighting a giant spider in the third act, just as Jon Peters wanted @ThatKevinSmith to do for the Superman Reborn script, was one of my greatest pleasures as a geek.
