@airindia Thanks 4 responding here. But after canceling checked-in flight w. 2-liner email, at least pickup calls. Post 2-hr calling, Num turned into 'incoming not allowed'. Crashes r unfortunate, but ignoring instead of boosting support seems intentional. Pl have some regard for customers

@airindia canceled an international flight after check-in with a brief email. While rebooking, the domestic leg has a "check in" status, the agent can't rebook and asks to remove 'check in' status. AI Customer Support does not pick up calls. Don't ignore your customers @DGCAIndia

@drandrewb Yep. It is the modern-day equivalent of the primitive "fight-flight" mechanism. Society has changed, so we don't literally fight or run away. Instead, anger/anxiety is the fight reaction, and depression is the flight. As you articulated, a perception of "unjust" can trigger this.

Ironically though, dictators should never be appeased or shown weakness and must be dealt with as such at the onset before they get stronger (2008, 2014 was the time). The world would be better off without murderous, evil invaders like Putin.

@elonmusk Holding SM platforms accountable for mis/disinformation is needed, but the imp Q is: How & who decides what constitutes misinformation? Some nations form Govt bodies for the task and defeat the purpose when Govt spreads misinfo. Again, 3rd parties have self-interests. Think Elon!
