@SterlingPingree @mlombardiNFL @GMShuffle If you look at the two coaches who have multiple decades of success in their programs (Bill and Andy Reid) they are the epitome of what a head coach should look like. What GMs fail to realize is guys like Kyle Shanahan and McVay are new age but know how to lead and manage a team.
