Extremely disappointing experience with @nykaafashion trying to return a product with a poor fit which also happened to have a slight ( would have ignored if the fit were right) defect. Never ever had issues
with Myntra returns.

@autopsy_surgeon @DrMeetaRuparel Patient was in the hospital. Did the patient try to call doctor ? Or the on duty resident / nurse tried to call in charge doctor ?
If you have a patient in ward then consultant must be available on phone for emergencies.

@idrlakshmi So yes to the extent of updating the relative ( doctor / not ) but no to giving out personal contact . And yes to guiding the actual patient to identify emergency symptoms and how and where to get help in future.

@hyderabaddoctor Most patients get a full thyroid profile done when asked for TSH. Labs offer packages in such way that patients opt it , do unnecessary tests and then panic when something is off by 0.1. Seeing a new trend of eGFR in bunch of patient tests these days .

@nihardesai7 Drive a tigor ev , tight budget, had some issues with AC but that got sorted. Smooth ride. Sister has nexon, also happy. If I got a do over wud go for nexon - longer range more add on features.

@dr_somyagupta @Jasonphilip8 I have removed , with surgeons help , an IUCD half buried in ileum. Perforated thru an unscarred uterus . Pt was living happily with no complaints , surprise pregnancy led to MTP followed by search for IUCD .
