I have one suggestion.

Put a straight 50% tax on all the political donation as it is not accrued by any effort of the political parties.

If you save money after giving taxes and generate returns then it will be taxed. This gains will help you for your future.

But the same money if you donate it to political parties then you will get the tax back.

How irony is this!

Personal financial planning is taxed and political party donation for TV, Alcohol, buying votes is not taxed.
