Medial meniscus RAMP lesions are tears at the peripheral capsular attachment that are often missed. They are commonly associated with ACL ruptures. For this patient we went with an all-inside technique to close the gap and facilitate healing.

This study identifies associations of meniscal ramp lesions with concomitant injuries. Ramp lesions are associated with medial collateral ligament injuries and tibial plateau bone bruises.
