@LoftforWords Charging U8s is really short sighted. Both my girls (15 and 11) started at c.6 years old. They'd come to a few matches then go off it for a bit, then back again. You need flexbility at that age. They're now seaon ticket holders and go to every match and will do for years to come.

I’ve asked repeatedly what caused the delay from 14.10 to 18.00 (before people asked to get off) and they evaded this and are now not replying at all! Clearly their records show that the initial delay does qualify for compensation.
