@LukeEdwardsTele Forced to why? They must have known with foresight that they would have to sell players if they were going to spend what they did. It’s easy to say there was no other choice but that seems highly implausible.
Everyone losing their mind over Tuchel’s squad for the WC is hilarious. For years we’ve failed by in major tournaments by picking our best players and not the best team / squad. Finally, we have a manger with the conviction to change that and everyone’s mocking him.
@agbnufc_ Deserved pelters? Give your head a wobble. He’s poured his soul into this club to do the best job he can. And until now he’s done a hell of a job. This season is rough, but the only people who deserve pelters are the ones giving him abuse.
@martinezdouble@NUFCEdge Everyone agrees an upgrade at RW is needed and no one said he was good enough for England. He had a bad game on Sunday but didn’t choose to be captain. He’s had plenty of good games for the club.
@lee_ryder Think most fans share those concerns. They don’t all think that merits sacking Eddie without the opportunity of a summer transfer window to rectify the problem. Improvement isn’t always linear and most people recognise there have been mitigating factors.
@MagpieMediaX Lay off the kid - Brobbey’s movement (step back and then dart to the front post) catches him out and then it’s almost impossible for him to react once Brobbey’s got his shot off. He’s never going to be able to block the rebound. The reaction from fans is so OTT.
