@ryanwebler45 Obtaining evidence that could speak to the value or lack thereof directly could be an important part of making any changes, for sure!

@ryanwebler45 For what it's worth, I have seen little evidence that states change licensing law--and especially not quickly--based on programs changing what they require. Unless, that is, those program advocate for the change themselves.

In any case, APCS is by no means "the top"--we do not have the authority to enforce anything on anyone. We are hoping we can encourage dialogue that can lead to changes.
