I booked a B&B at Falerna,Italy ( 2940076699 )The website had no mention or photo that the second bedroom was upstairs open plan mezzanine with floating stairs;hence unsafe for my child and checked out within hrs. We are still waiting for a refund.Shambolic!

@Aramex poor service you have harassing people asking for unnecessary documentation. I sent a present to my sister for Christmas and your people keep on emailing for all the family members KYC!! Shameful, obnoxious!!Last time as well she had to send it back.

@PMOIndia why do you assign private companies like Aramex to act on behalf of customs? I have sent a Christmas present to my sister and they have been harassing my sister asking for KYC documents so that they can charge duty? Poor practice! Shameful!Get these companies off India!
