@AldiUK BTW, this is a legal requirement under the Weights & Measures Act 1985. As an example, mislabelling eggs as 11.58p each when in fact they are 19.58p (+69% more) is such a significant difference in price that it will influence shopper behaviour. It really needs to be fixed ASAP.

All of the unit weight prices are wrong at @AldiUK. They seem to be based on 2022 prices. Staff at the Hatfield AL10 store said there was no known issue with the tags and they are programmed by head office. These are essential for comparing prices of similar products

@firstdirect The fields used for business name and reference when making a bank transfer in your Android app allow autocomplete suggestions. I wonder how much money gets lost by mistake! Please can you inform the relevant dev team - changing the inputType is a very simple fix.

@firstdirect In the last day or so, your mobile backend started blocking connections from certain VPNs. The app reports this as error DP009T. I hope this was some misconfiguration or human error, as this creates a security issue for many of your customers including me.

@firstdirect I didn't get notified about your reply, but I see there was no need. In the future, if you don't understand a security issue reported by a customer, you should escalate it to your IT team, rather than assume the user is technically illiterate.

They don't have an option for counterfeit flash. In the end, I reported it as a trademark infringement of @HP - pls litigate!
