This is beyond imagination that a govt hospital which is not even in the capital city of the state to achieve this feat! Maharashtra and other northern states lag far behind govt hospitals in the south. What an achievement! Hats off!
I absolutely love a good pre-op plan. Tells you so much about a trainee. Their applied knowledge, intra-op decision-making skills, lateral thinking, etc. More than anything else it let's me know they're "day one consultant" material. @BritOrthopaedic@bota_uk
