So well said @bzheleva. How can one achieve SDG 2030 goal of not leaving any one behind without addressing the most common and treatable congenital anomaly ie CHD. Population based approach to CHD care in Kerala has clearly shown that CHD care improves overall IMR

@USAIDGH @USAID Care of Preterm and SGA are resource intensive and wasteful if the continuum of care is ensured. A significant portion of death among them contributing to IMR happens after 28 days of life. Health systems to adapt for this.
