@Paytmcare where it is written on my ticket that you will refund only when Jet will refund. Your executive, Mr Mohmadh told me that refund will happen within 5days on 12th April and my onward journey is confirmed. Hence i booked another ticket till hong kong after his assurance on 12/4/19
