BREAKING: Massive changes coming to USMLE testing dates! 🚨📅
Starting in 2028, the USMLE is officially ending the on-demand testing model. Across all three Step exams, tests will only be administered on a total of 45 days each year. This new "Designated Testing Dates" model is designed to strengthen exam security and protect test content.
The good news? They are expanding testing centers and reserving seats exclusively for USMLE test-takers on those specific days.

It’s not that the doctor doesn’t know, it’s that they don’t see. Busy clinics crush attention. That’s why thorough history and workup matter, to catch what the rushing eye misses.

Some days this job breaks you. Today, it reminded me why I stay.
Discharged a patient with a cardioembolic stroke (Afib). 2 weeks of tough conversations, prognosis, fear in their eyes. Walked them out. His son had no words, just a warm hug.
