@drkeithsiau@UEGJournal Yes the numbers are there, but so are the recommendations, my understanding giving the nature of SSL (crypt/mucosa lesion and natural history and progression) on one side and not having the cautery “sealing” effect of cEMR this should be an issue if unexpected dysplasia shows up.
@drkeithsiau this young F with IDA had double end scopes and showed scattered ulcers in her colon and these red patches in the duodenum, what could these be?

Primitive question: IDA referred with no TTG tested, do you biopsy the duodenum? Do you take coeliac protocol or just a representative sample?
This was referred for removal from the transverse, after re-assessing and lifting below, how would you proceed in this 80s male with IDA?
