He was a seminal historian & scholar of Southeast Asia.

@DrAmarMOH I agree with @DrAmarMOH .FPP will reduce specialist care for public patients, & likely increase waiting times. MOs and HOs will have higher work load & less supervision. MOH needs to look for better, sustainable health financing solutions. Say NO to privatisation of public HC
@boosulyn More private exposure at public hospitals. HCW prefer paying patients and may neglect public patients. Longer wait times and less specialist care for public patients. MOH should look for sustainable financing solutions rather than expanding private care.
