@japan_nobunaga I was 11 or 12. My dad was a police officer, so I was taught gun safety much earlier, but he didn't take me shooting until 11 or 12. A couple of years later, my best friend and I went through a hunter's safety course that included gun safety.
@TheDMLair I have a player fighting cancer. He misses frequently. If the party is in a town, his character is busy offscreen. If they are mid-adventure, his character is "there" but fighting quantum adds (no rolls, he's busy keeping the mobs off the party).
CKP revealed the cover for my next book - "Sword of the Buchanan" - set in @KaceyEzell1 's space opera Ashes of Entecea series. Think Dune x Highland romance x Die Hard. It comes out August 7th.
@DruidNature@TheRealKitty019@GrumpyCatterman I'll be so bold as to recommend my urban fantasy series The Milesian Accords. It's heavy on Celtic myth and was inspired by the Lebor Gaballa Eiren (sp?) - the invasion myths of Ireland.

How "accurate" are your D&D Taverns? Get ready to Save vs. History as History In Taberna discusses taverns, inns, and alehouses in medieval times.

Two of my novels - "Bifrost Down" in science fiction and "House of Owls" in urban fantasy - are finalists in the 2026 Imadjinn Awards.

@Wizards_DnD Whoever wrote this needed to brush up on the monk first - the Level 17 feature is pointless. A monk only gets two attacks - so use your entire Attack Action to cast a spell. What's the point?
