"Christian Nationalism" is a smear word, carefully never defined, invented by secularists to undermine Christendom.

Since the French Revolution the West has been in civil war between the Christian Church and the Antichurch: Deists, Freemasons, Marxists, Cultural Marxists, National Socialists. Woke combine all these into one.

The only non-Christian civilizations on Earth are (1) The Islamic world, which is an Anti-Christian monotheism, a theocratic mind virus, designed only to destroy the West. (2) India, which is polytheist, hence devil worshipping (3) Far East, which has been largely subsumed either with Marxism or Capitalism, both Western ideas.

So the option of being a Non-Christian nation is no longer open. That was a cease fire during the civil war of Church and Antichurch, a compromise which kept the state out of inter-denominational quarrels.

The Cold War ended that cease fire: the war was between the Christian West and the Godless Soviet and Red Chinese. A Holy War.

During the Cold War, the Godless nations aided and organized the Jihad against their mutual foe, the Christian West.

The end of the Cold War did not end the Jihad. The Godless departed from Russia and entered American colleges, law schools, banks, corporations, and all centers of soft power and social influence.

That social influence hates Christ and needs to invent Newspeak terms and smear words to smear Him.

"Christian nationalism" is precisely such a term. It means nothing, aside from being a tacit or open admission of loyalty to Antichrist.

The private opinions of two men serving as Pope are of little concern outside their circle of friends. Pastoral messages may conflict with each other as the different lands and generations to which they are addressed differ. These are areas where reasonable men can differ.
Official teaching on dogma and doctrine, however, is protected from error and heresy by the Holy Spirit. Apparent contradictions would have to be examined to see if they can be reconciled.

The Bible is an internal document, written by believers for believers. It is not an introductory document and not instructional material. The Bible is not a textbook.

The Old Testament was written by Jews for Jews and the New Testament by Christians for Christians, that is, the scripture was written and read by those and to those who already understood the message, the laws, the world and the worldview.

We have written instructional material in abundance in every language in the world. Start with the Baltimore Catechism. That will explain the Christian worldview and the promises of Christ to a newcomer.

Despite what you have heard, the scriptures do not explain themselves and do not interpret themselves. Many passages are obscure, and some things will seem illogical, or wrong, or shocking to the untrained and unwary eye. A man stepping from a dark cellar into broad noon is also dazzled and blinded, until his eyes adjust, until he understands what he is looking at.

Understand first what the questions are, before you read the answers, or else you will not understand what you read.

I mean that literally: if you read the tale of Lot and his daughters, and do not under that Moab, the son born of this unholy incest, was the ancestor of the Moabites, enemies for all time of the Israelites, you will not understand you are rereading, in effect, the story of Cain and Abel. Lot's family, remember, did not want to leave the wickedness of the city, and he was not willing to flee all the way to the mountains to escape the destruction.

These are not things the Lord commends. These are what the Lord forbids.

You are unfamiliar with the material. You are mistaking a depiction of a crime for the commendation of a crime.

It is a simple error, but an understandable one. But it is not one someone familiar with the material would make.

The various books of scripture act more like lecture notes of a teacher, but you must have a teacher to teach, not his notes, which were meant to keep alive the memory of other things, such as origins, genealogies, tent furnishings, law codes, prophecies, proverbs, psalms and songs.

Start with the Didache, or with the writings of the Early Church Fathers, or the catechism, or, better yet, enroll in a catechesis class with a teacher who can answer your questions face to face.

I have a theory as to why the Left hates Whites.

The Left is divided into an Inner Circle and an Outer Circle.

The Outer Circle hates whoever and whatever they are told to hate. Imagine Pavlov's Dog, but instead of salivating, they foam at the mouth.

Even their own one-time idols, Elon Musk, Donald Trump, or JK Rowling, when the bell rings, foam. Cue the Two Minute Hate.

At the moment, the Outer Circle hates Whites because they have been told to. The bell rang.

The Inner Circle has its roots in Cultural Marxism, Marxism, Fascism, Nazism, and the French Revolution:

The Freemasons conspired to promote a vision of a secular society without kings, without the church, without history or monuments. Chop off heads and tear down statues. It is always Year One.

The Marxists conspired to a vision of society without classes, merchants, or money.

The Inner Circle hates Christ, and so hates Christian Civilization, and hates anything in the West, such as the sacrament of marriage or the rule of law, which reminds them of Christendom or Christ.

The Inner Circle hates the Europeans because Europe is the part of Christendom not conquered by the Mohammedans. Africa and the Near East and Asia Minor where all once Christian, but now they are not, so they are not hated.

The Inner Circle hates the Jew because Mother Mary was Jewish, and they hate Christ and hate the Mother of Christ.

The Jew has always been the conscience of the world, proclaiming one God for all men, one divine law. The pagans with their stupid sinful gods are ashamed, and seculars with their stupider sinful emptiness are even more ashamed.

No Republican gives a tinker's dam what race you are, as long as you are a good man, contribute to society, honest, trustworthy, love our nation.

There are many blacks, far too many, who listen to the siren song of dependency and resentment, and became eternal victims, eternally looking for revenge against a system they were told was against them.

I am old enough to remember before Barack Obama.

Racism was over and done. There were more people who believed in UFOs than believe in White Supremacy.

It was never a part of any political discussion: man were judged by the content of their character, not the color of their skin.

Then, once Barak was President, and we had irrefutably ironclad proof that race in America was not barrier to any career, to any public office, to any anything, suddenly being 'colorblind' (non-racist) was a sign of not cherishing racial differences (racist).

Having a mix of races in a show or movie was 'tokenism' so being anti-racist was suddenly racist.

The comes BLM, which made the false and easily disproven claim that black career criminals were being singled out for police brutality, not because they were career criminals, but because they were black.

And yet every single black man whose name became a household word thanks to relentless propaganda from the press was in fact a career criminal, and one who fought the police.

Perhaps you are too young to believe me. Ask someone my age. Look up the books and films of that time. Heck, look at Star Trek. Is there any sign of the idea that Whites are the Master Race?

These days, racism has become the norm. DEI makes race paramount over merit in hiring, &c. Anything and everything is called racist, everything but actual racism itself.
