@virginmedia SOS! Updated hub when moved home from ME16 to another ME16 address. (1 road away) Can stream online videos via all devices. Internet & tv is fine. But FaceTime always plays up. (I’m update to Apple software) Freezes, cuts out & blurry! Any ideas why? @Apple
