If you are a clinician working in ICU or you interface & visit the ICU, stop and seriously consider that 1:10 of the ICU staff reported frequent thoughts of being better off dead, or of hurting themselves in the past 2 weeks.

Staff is hurting in the ICU. Be kind. Esp to nurses.
